Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients and are pleased to offer same-day appointments for your convenience. Whether you're seeking routine care or have an urgent health concern, our team is dedicated to providing quality care tailored to your needs.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM closed from 12:00-1:00 PM for lunch. Our schedule allows for urgent appointments within 48 hours for our existing patients. For new patients we always try to schedule your initial visit within 7 days of your call.

We are located inside Dr. Faraji's Gastroenterology office at 3650 Geer Road suite A, Turlock, CA 95382. While we are sharing the same office space just ask for Kind Clinic at the front desk, and we will be there to assist you.

Yes, we provide referrals to specialists when needed. The referral process can take anywhere from 48hrs to 7 days to complete and be verified with the external office.

It's important to note that the need for referrals can depend on your specific insurance plan.

Some plans require a referral from a PCP for specialist visits, while others may allow self-referrals

You can often choose the specialist you want to see, but your choice may be restricted by your insurance plan's network of providers. Some plans require you to select from in-network specialists to receive full coverage.

No, you do not have to be an existing patient to have a sports physical at Kind Clinic. We ask that you bring your physical form as completed as possible, a copy of your immunization records, and if you wear glasses or contact lenses, please have them with you.

At the minimum for your annual physical our providers will go over your screening history and make sure you are up to date with the following:

1. Lab work

2. Mammograms

3. Pelvic exams

4. Lung screenings

5. Coronary artery screenings (calcium score)

6. Colonoscopy screening referral

7. EKGs

8. DEXA scans

9. Vaccines
