With Flu season continuing until early spring cold and Flu viruses are still spreading, especially after the holidays with large gatherings and children going back to school.
How do we reduce our chances of being ill?

-
Hand Hygiene: Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol when soap is unavailable.
-
Cover Coughs and Sneezes: Use a tissue or your elbow to cover your mouth and nose and dispose of tissues immediately.
-
Avoid Touching Face: Keep hands away from eyes, nose, and mouth to prevent germs from entering the body.
