Low Cost Diabetes Care
The Legacy Health Endowment Program allows patients who are diabetic to be enrolled and receive provider visits free of charge and medications at a low cost through a local pharmacy. Regular appointments at Kind Clinic ensure that all labs and medication are thoroughly maintained and reviewed
Blood lab management
With enrollment into the Legacy Health Program patients lab work is regularly ordered and reviewed by the providers to make sure your health is at its optimal level. These labs are at no cost to the patient through Quest Diagnostics. In-House lab draws will be available starting 04/2026
Prescription medications
The Legacy Health Program and Kind Clinic are partnered with Tower pharmacy located at 501 E Olive Ave, Turlock, CA 95380 to ensure that patients with diabetes are not burdened with the cost of their prescription medications.
Diabetic maintenance mediations are offered for as little as $2 per medication at Tower pharmacy.
